Opening: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 6 PM
Regular opening hours: Wed – Sat, 3 – 6 PM, free admission
Los juglares del grabado emerged after Donato and Salamanca’s return to Colombia, following four years of living and working in Germany. The project was conceived as an artistic journey and exchange initiative. The exhibition brings together their own works, collective creations, and audiovisual documentation of a creative process that led them through various regions of Colombia.
The project was carried out in collaboration with communities in Coyaima (Mesas de Inca) with the Indigenous Pijao people, in Palmira with the collective La Nueva Siembra, in Cali with students from the School of Visual Arts, and in Tierra Grata, a post-conflict community of former FARC members. In each of these locations, printmaking workshops were held – as a means to reflect on territories, memories, and self-organized processes.
The exhibition presents printing plates, prints, installations, travel journals, and videos that document the process.
The works engage poetically and critically with the tensions and hopes that emerged along the way, offering space for the diverse voices of the communities encountered during the journey.
