La Chandeleur – Day of the Crêpe

On 02/02/2026, it is Candlemas (“Mariä Lichtmess”), known in French as La Chandeleur. The tradition has its origins in ancient religious festivals, but nowadays in France it is mainly a day when people get together and enjoy crêpes.

We, Tabea & Angèle, will be preparing fresh crêpes on a donation basis from 6:30 p.m. on Monday, 02/02/2026, at sp ce. With their sun-like shape, crêpes brighten these dark times, and we invite you to stop by, enjoy some crêpes, and make connections.

Come by, take part, eat a crêpe, exchange ideas, and help build conviviality!
